JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 Heard Mr. Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Mritunjay Gautam learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21552 of 2020 whereby petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and one month's time for surrendering them in the court below was also granted.

Mr. Radha Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that the order dated 24.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21552 of 2020 could not be

Considering the aforesaid, the present application for modification is allowed. The time granted for surrender before the learned court below in terms of the order dated 24.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21552 of 2020 is extended by three weeks from the date of communication of this order in the court below.
