JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that it was co-accused who caused injury to the informant's husband and so far as petitioners are concerned; there is omnibus allegation of assault against them. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nawada.
