The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020, dated 23.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears from the prosecution report that a country made weapon, five cartridges and liquor were recovered from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery, which has been shown in the case, has been foisted upon him without any reason.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2020 and he was earlier made accused only in one case way-back in the year 2016, in which, he is on bail.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-CumSpecial Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020.
