18-08-2021 The matter is placed through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15308 of 2021 for correcting the name of police station.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to inadvertence, in paragraph no.1 and prayer portion of bail petition, instead of name of police station, as "Laheri", it has been wrongly typed as Gilani, and as such, same error has occurred in both pages of order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15308 of 2021. Accordingly, he requests for making correction.

In view of aforesaid fact, let "Laheri P.S. Case No. 480 of 2020" be read, in place of Gilani P.S. Case No. 480 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44397 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 2020. The order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15308 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.
