2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 11.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 49092 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025.
5. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of self inculpatory statement of co-accused.
6. The petitioner is also accused in 6 more cases of similar and serious nature.
7. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined togrant bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
9. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no T.I. parade has been held in this case.
10. In view of the above, the Superintendent of Police, Saran is directed to send a report in this case as to why in such cases, T.I. parade is not held in the District of Saran. The report must be received within two weeks after communication of a copy of this order.
11. List this case after three weeks for perusal of the report.
12. Learned APP for the State is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Saran.
13. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran through FAX also.
4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.
5. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Saran is
