This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhorey P.S. Case No. 375 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the victim on his head and the injury sustained by the victim is grievous in injury.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
