The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Tinku Kumari, the wife of the informant, Vimal Kumar, and Anita Devi, the wife of the petitioner, applied for the post of Anganwadi Sewika. Thereafter, Child Development Project Officer went to verify their house and returned after verification. Thereafter, the informant along with his wife was going to the house, then this petitioner started to abuse, gave threatening and, thereafter, this petitioner caused injury at the head of the informant through khanti. In that course, Bishnudeo Yadav snatched the gold chain from the neck of the wife of the informant and took cash Rs.6500/- from his pocket. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some dispute, the occurrence of "Maar-Peet" took place in between the parties in which the petitioners' side also sustained injury. Moreover, the injury sustained by the informant and his wife is simple nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
