2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 348 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 10.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 84653 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.12.2024 with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. It appears that the petitioner has neither complied

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35713 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 the order dated 12.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84653 of 2024 nor he has filed modification application for modify the aforesaid order and he has filed the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail. Second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
