JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be own nephew of the informant. No doubt, there is allegation against him that he gave dagger blow repeatedly to the informant but informant sustained altogether three injuries, which are said to be simple injuries. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.07.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.case No. 521 of 2014.
