JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-11-2017 Keeping in view the fact that the bridge in question has already been constructed and has been made functional for the public at large, now with regard to making the bridge in question operational, no further action is required to be taken in this Public Interest Litigation. However, in case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to any financial irregularity committed in the matter of construction of the bridge in question, liberty shall be available to make a complaint to the statutory Vigilance Authority of the State Government and the Union in accordance with the statutory provisions of law and we are confident that the Statutory Vigilance Authority will look into the matter and for the said purpose no indulgence is warranted in the matter. Granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, we dispose of the matter.
