The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.344 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 494, 341, 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. As per FIR there is allegation of demand of dowry.. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and he is ready to keep her with dignity and care..

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.33343 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below on 16.10.2019 and on that day O.P.no.2 shall also remain present there and on filing of a affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her with dignity and care and will take her from the court itself , petitioner shall be released on provisional bail in connection with Complaint Case No.344 of 2016 for a period of six months and during that period, both the parties have to appear before the learned court below on 4th week of each month so that the learned court below shall watch conduct of both the parties and only when he is satisfied with the conduct of both the parties especially the conduct of the petitioner, he will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
