The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, he was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt and in pursuance thereof, Rs.1,11,000/- was recovered from his possession.

It is submitted that other co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 7.7.2014. He has already remained in jail for about 14 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
