Petitioners are in custody in connection Baisi P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 341 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from their conscious possession.

The petitioners are in custody since 31.3.2019.
