JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he opened fire causing firearm injury on the chest of injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injury report does not support the accusation as the doctor has not given opinion in his report in respect of the weapon which is said to have been used in causing the aforesaid injury and moreover, the description of injury does not reflect that aforesaid injury was caused by the firearm.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince me but I am not, at all, convinced with the above stated submissions and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner
