Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s: "For direction to the respondent authority to
Patna High Court CWJC No.8233 of 2018(3) dt.06-01-2020 2/3 construct underground culvert/pulia, erstwhile place under the road where it existed earlier (Punpun to Akabarpur More via Nawada Road which is connected to NH 83 and also connected to NH98 and elevated corridor), for convenience and irrigation of local area filled up by the respondents during widening of.
For direction to respondent authority to enquired the matter and make an arrangement and provision for drainage of water from the area of Chamuchaalk village and agriculture field and take action against the officer who have reported and making plan for pulia opposite the slope of area due to which water will never drain and area will get submerged in rainy season and crop will be destroyed."
After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the concerned respondents to consider and decide the representation, which the petitioner shall be making afresh within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the State states that upon receipt of such request, if any, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof. Equally, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such alternative remedies as are otherwise available
