Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered under Section 376 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the present case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of three months of the alleged occurrence. The victim is 25 years old and there is no material to show that the victim is unsound mind. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
