The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, under different sections of the Arms Act, section 3,4,5 of Explosive Substance Act, section 17 of C.L.A. Act and under section 13, 16, 18, 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

The police raided the place situated in a forest and apprehended Kedar Parahiya and Kamla Parahiya who disclosed the name of petitioner and others and stated that they were preparing to commit crime.

It is submitted that Kedar Parahiya and Kamla Parahiya have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner was neither arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37732 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 his possession. The petitioner is in jail since 15.07.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 59/13. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
