Keeping in mind the stand taken by the Medical Officer, Sadar Hospital, Sitamarhi that the case of the petitioner for promotion from class-iv to class-iii post is under active consideration and exercise has also been initiated for grant of such promotion.
Since the name of the petitioner figures at serial no. 1, it is hoped and expected that petitioner will derive the benefit of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7167 of 2014 (6) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 promotion no sooner exercise is completed, which should be done within a reasonable time-frame, not later than six months, if not possible earlier.
Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
