JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-01-2018 It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the order taking cognizance dated 13.06.2012 the final form has been submitted in favour of the accused persons on 31.10.2012 and a compromise petition has also been filed. The same is dated 27.08.2012. It is also submitted that the statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C wherein she has falsified the allegations made in the FIR.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, it will be open to the petitioner to move the Court below for appropriate orders. The application stands disposed off.
