The petitioner is languishing in jail since 21.06.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of assault upon the informant and also theft of Rs.2500/- from the pocket of the informant by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. As per allegation, petitioner is said to have

From perusal of the injury report, it would appear that the said injury has been caused due to hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody from 21.06.2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and the nature of injury is grievous. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner be released after completion of six months in custody from 21.06.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned ACJM, Bagaha, District-West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No.232 of 2015.
