The prayer is for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus for directing/commanding the respondent authorities to publish the result of the petitioner withheld in connection with Preliminary Test conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission in respect of 60th to 62nd common combined examination by allotting Roll no. 265529 for examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.3203 of 2018(6) dt.19-09-2023 2/3 scheduled on 12.02.2017 and if qualified in said examination be permitted to fill up form main Examination and last date for filling the form is scheduled to be on 16.02.2018 and also to direct the concerned authority to allow the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming main examination of Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, Bihar and for any other relief of relief direction/directions, order/orders as Your Lordship may deem fit in the facts and circumstances as stated hereinafter. A comprehensive counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent nos. 2 to 4 and Mr. Pandey has taken this Court to paragraph-12 which read as follows:

"That it is also relevant to state here that similar matter, i.e., CWJC No. 14789/2017 was filed by one candidate before this Hon'ble Court. The Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 disposed of the said writ application not acceding to the prayer made by the petitioner for rectifying the mistake in the application form".
