The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The engine number and chassis number of the recovered motorcycle matched with the stolen motorcycle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 28.05.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
