2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 58/2024 dated 17.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's wife went to supply milk in Brahmin Tola at 10:00 A.M. and did not return home. When the informant tried to search her, she was traceless and her dead body was found in the village- Rangra. Later on a mob of 200-300 people attacked the house of the petitioner (Karelal Thakur @ Sunil Thakur) and when the police reached there they tried to cause hindrance in discharging their

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on mere suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31329/2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 58/2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
