The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 323, 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage of sister of convict Sanjay Paswan was going on when the police went to arrest Sanjay Paswan. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have thrown peeper powder and also pelted stones. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Chauri P.S.
