2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Salimpur P. S. Case No. 164 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(E) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner uploaded objectionable photographs of the daughter of informant on social media platforms with intention to tarnish her image. It is further alleged that the matter was settled after an intervention of village panchayat but again on 14.06.2025, petitioner uploaded objectionable photographs of the informant's daughter and threatened the informant with dire consequences. As a result, informant was subjected to embarrassment and humiliation and subsequently, he committed suicide.

4. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
