The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 (i)(x) of the SC/ST Act. The petitioner is alleged to have persuaded the informant to deposit Rs. 80,000/- in Weird Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. and on assurance that he would get Rs. 4,00,000/- in the year 2014, but the company was closed. It is submitted that the petitioner is an agent and the informant has deposited the money in the office of the company. The petitioner did not receive any amount from the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37047 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015.
