JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody in a case registered under Sections-420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that they failed to supply some articles, even after receiving the amount for the aforesaid articles. However, it is submitted that the amount of the informant has already been returned and having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
