Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in jail custody since 17-06-2015in a case registered under Sections-494, 323, 342, 379, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with informant in the year, 2009 but later on, petitioner solemnized the second marriage with one, Indu Kumari whose father lodged a criminal case against the petitioner and after that, the relation of the petitioner with the informant of the present case, became strained.
