The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded countrymade pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
