Although there is allegation that petitioner snatched gold chain of the informant but he was caught by the informant and others but snatched chain has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was caught by the informant and others only on the basis of suspicion and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 215/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
