The petitioner is accused in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered under sections 363, 384, 385 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-I, Begusarai. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is named in the first information report. There is specific allegation against him. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in several cases. He does not deserve the privilege of bail.
