The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted but the injuries found on the person of the injured is simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 141 of 2011.
