Petitioner is said to have made attempt to outage modesty of eleven years old girl and, therefore, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special (POSCO) case no. 74/2015 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case no. 195/2015 pending in the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Patna stands rejected. However, learned Addl. Sessions Judge I, Patna is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
