The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his sister was married with Mukund Chaudhary in the year 1998. Her husband and other in-laws were torturing her. A case under section 498-A was also filed in the year 2007. The informant alleged that all the accused persons killed his sister and disposed of her dead body. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of Mukund. The petitioner has no concern with the affairs of Mukund Chaudhary and his family members.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38682 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 290 of 2015.
