JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard Mr. Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the Union of India.
The petitioners seek bail in connection with C-2 o1 of 2019 (N.C. B. Cr. No. 01 of 2019) registered under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(C) and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Considering the argument advanced on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Chetan Mandal and Ajay Kumar Mandal having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioners have already been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38202 of 2019(5) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 bail by orders dated 30.09.2019 and 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47650 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 39820 of 2019 respectively, which fact has not been controverted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the Union of India as also the reasons assigned in the aforesaid two orders of bail, the petitioners, who are in custody since 09.01.2019 and are reported to be men of clean antecedent having got roots in the society, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Sitamarhi in connection with C-2 o1 of 2019 (N.C.
