It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself, that petitioner developed her illicit relation with coaccused Munna Mehta, who happens to be her brother-in-law and on the alleged date of occurrence when petitioner was adamant to leave her house along with co-accused Munna Mehta, the father of petitioner made protest upon which co-accused Munna Mehta pressed his neck as a result thereof he died. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
