2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maranchi (Pachmahla O.P.) P.S. Case No.36 of 2024, lodged on 20.03.2024, under Sections 341/323/447/448/354B/ 376 /511 /504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons including the present petitioner. Allegation against the present petitioner and others is that they have entered in the house of the informant and assaulted as well as tried to outrage the modesty of the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that it has been specifically pleaded in the bail application that the informant's husband had taken loan from the petitioner and on demand the loan amount was not returned and false case has been lodged against the petitioner and others. Counsel submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is not clean. There is one criminal case pending against him of the year 2020 in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail only after framing of the charge, if not framed, as well as on being satisfied that petitioner is not absconding in Marachi P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Maranchi (Pachmahla O.P.)
