The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 210 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act in which his application for grant of bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34208 of 2014 with following observations : "Since the petitioner is in custody, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within seven months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to renew his prayer for bail."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45532 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 It is contended that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2013 and till date only one witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution and there is no likelihood of completion of trial in near future.

Regard being had to observations made in the aforesaid order dated 25.09.2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 210 of 2013.
