This application for bail arises out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioners had earlier approached this Court for grant of regular bail, which was rejected by order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61866 of 2018 with the observation that they shall be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail after six months.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that there has been no substantial progress in conclusion of the trial in the case arising out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36306 of 2019(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 Jainagar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018.

Considering the above submission and the fact that the petitioners have remained in custody for more than a year, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, in Jainagar P.S.
