Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

8 liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner no. 1 whereas 4 liter liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of petitioner no. 2. Both the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 15.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
