It appears that on 11.11.2016 this Court recording a finding that I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction dismissed the civil miscellaneous application. However, in the last portion of the order the sentence 'this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed' has not been typed. It is a typing mistake only. Therefore, the office shall read the sentence in the following term: "Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction and accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.'
