Petitioner seeks bail in Nautan P.S. Case No.108 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police after having received information that the petitioner and his accomplice Bhushan Choudhary were flashing pistols raided the place. Seeing the police, both the accused persons started fleeing away but on chase, they were apprehended. From possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of one loaded country made pistol the petitioner is in jail since 09.04.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months.
