72 gunny bags of paddy loaded in a tractor were seized and the informant claimed that the aforesaid bags were being transported by the owner of the tractor for selling in black market. The contention advanced on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the petitioner is the owner of the tractor and he had sent the paddy to Rice Mill and after that he was carrying the rice on his tractor but due to malafide intention the office has seized the aforesaid rice.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37179 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2 / 2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case no. 327 of 2013.
