Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 489A, 489B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 03.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36355 of 2019(4) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019.
