In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for being appointed on the post of
Patna High Court MJC No.1703 of 2024(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 Sub-Inspector of Police in terms of the recommendation of the Respondent-Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, dated 25.3.2024. Liberty, so sough, is granted.
