The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 06.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36088 of 2020. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not surrender within the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46254 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 court below is allowed.

The order dated 06.04.2021 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from today, he will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 06.04.2021 with the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
