Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.9.2013 and up till now, only one prosecution witness could be examined which is evident from perusal of the impugned order.

However, in the present case petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor any person sustained any injury. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody in the present case as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Muzaffarpur in Sessions trial no. 819/2013 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case no. 49/2013. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
