The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 370, 370(i) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 6/8 of the POCSO Act and section 3,4,5,7,8 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act. The petitioner was arrested on the allegation that the petitioner was also involved in the crime. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot whereas many other persons were apprehended and many women and girls were also recovered. Similarly situated other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39313 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014.
