The matter relates to Non-Formal Instructors and started moving in the corridors after 26.02.2016 and thus are in the teeth of Civil Review No. 59 of 2018 (The State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. Harendra Mishra & Ors.) passed by the Patna High Court.

Mr. Pramad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that any development that may happen later, in that light, they may be given liberty to approach the Court again.
