Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 232, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(I-b)a, 26, 27/35 of Arms Act.

The perusal of written report as well as impugned order goes to show that petitioner happens to be an order giver and it was co-accused Sanjeet Kumar, who shot fire on the deceased. Moreover, petitioner, being a lady, is languishing in jail custody since 15.02.2019.

No.32921 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P. S. Case No. 44 of 2019.
